"Everything was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. The shows and entertainment team were incredible, and the food and drinks were very good. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. So many people went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience: Muñeca, Angel, Rodrigo, Betty Bu, Pomposa, and Pedro — thank you for your kindness, great service, and for always making us feel welcome. A special thank you to Marino at the Steak House for the excellent service and wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed or stay would definitely come back"

"Just know the airport is far away from the hotel. With the excursions we booked at the hotel they wasn’t that great. (Adventure Park was the name) We had to leave our phones in the locker while doing the buggy ride even if you wasn’t driving. The took pictures which cost $20 per picture. Lastly the hotel is BIG. To get to the beach was a LONG walk."

"I liked the upgraded rooms, staff was helpful, some things could be improved. Such as the spa and the need for transparency in what they advertise. I got my hair done and expected to pay what they listed for a specific style and actually paid an additional $45. They were not prepared. My appointment was at 11am she didn't start on my hair until 1245p."
