"I had a quiet week at hotel Mary Carman. The room was very clean and quiet, centrally located with very fair pricing. The family owned hotel was quick to lend a hand when keys were lost and recommendations needed. They were fair and honest. Very boho, vintage spaces with old records and gramophones. "We were very well greeted. The staff made the check in easy and also provided helpful information regarding the area and places to go. The rooms are large and clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is simple and the staff very kind. Location is perfect close to the main street with great restaurants and 5 minute walk to the ferry. "

"Very nice find! Nice staff, great rooms, clean and well organized with view on the central area. Not sure if the inner courtyard was under renos but there was a number of construction tools and material that could have been cleaned up. Would go again!"

"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "

Only thing I’d change is I miss how the wait staff ito come down to the pool and service they don’t do that anymore and there’s not enough chairs and tables at the pool anymore but hopefully they’ll fix that. It looks like they’re working on things. Still very charming the Dive Shop is first class. Just needs a little bit of attention to the details. Hopefully when they’re done with the construction, it’ll all come together again."
