"Booked last minute and it was a real treat! The stuff was lovely the room turned out to be a 2 bedroom flat (without the kitchen!) Ive never had a vegan burrito for breakfast but I would have it again! Location very convenient to reach the seafront and the bus stop and parking was relatively easy to find"

"Breakfast was nice, except the bacon, which was overcooked and chewy, possibly as a result of being out too long. Everything else was fine and, as it's a buffet, you can help yourself to whatever you want. The room was OK, although the bathroom is rather compact; I wouldn't want to have to towel dry myself with the bathroom door closed. These are minor issues, though. The staff were all very polite and helpful and everything was clean."

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their friendly approach really made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the rooms to such a high standard. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "Location was great. Secure parking at a reasonable price. When we checked in they told us we'd been upgraded to a more modern room in a different building. The room was really nice, clean, comfortable and a good size ensuite but noise was an issue. The building we were in is a converted house so we could hear everything from the room above us including kids stamping and running around and shouting. Reception did call the room and ask them to be respectful of other guests though. We were also directly opposite a pub which had loud music and drunk people shouting and jeering until around 1am and that wasn't fun. The room was very warm with no air con or fan so we had to open a window making the choice between noise or sweating. I wouldn't have chosen a hotel opposite a pub so it turned out to be not so much of an upgrade. We wouldn't stay here again"
