"This is a great location in Siena, close to all the sights. Just a note that there is no elevator, but the front desk man kindly carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor which was great. My only challenge was that the room was very warm (25.3C), and there was no working fan to move air around. I did ask at the front desk, and apparently the system had not been activated, and the AC was not yet running. Therefore I had to have my windows open all night and there was road noise. "La struttura è bellissima e ricca di un fascino che trasporta indietro nel tempo. Si tratta però di un edificio antico e molto molto grande che necessiterebbe di investimenti ingenti. L'appartamento da me prenotato non era adatto ad una famiglia con bambini e il suo livello di manutenzione non era accettabile. Bellissimi gli ambienti comuni e buona la colazione. "Beautiful property very well maintained. Relaxing, private, quiet and extremely beautiful setting. Rooms were well appointed with nice terraces out front. Staff were very professional and attended to your every need. Slightly disappointed with the food at dinner but the breakfast was good and had an assortment of choices."
