"Check in was woeful!!!! Bar& kitchen staff were very helpful but remote check-in management did not work (unlike some other hotels that seem to know how to manage Wotif bookings). It took well over an hour to get the entry codes. And then thebroom heating did not work - and remote management could not get anyone to fix it (being a Sunday is no excuse). At leadt the shower was hot - we hadnt get warm somehow. I've been more comfortable camping!!"

"It is a pleasure to write a review of Casa das Capelas. It is a large and beautiful, fully renovated, historical building, set in lovely grounds. My excellent room looked out over rolling countryside. So peaceful. And the owners were extremely hospitable. There is a great patio to have a glass of wine, meet a few locals and eat a light dinner. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area."

"Las camas eran bastante incómodas . El dueño del hotel es un borde y contesta mal. El restaurante, aunque pone asador no tenías opción de pedir nada a la parrilla, es más, solo había un menú bastante pobre para elegir. No volveremos."
