"Stayed here for four nights and overall I had a comfortable stay here. The level of customer service depended on the agent but most of them were friendly and greeted me whenever I passed by the lobby. "

"Great location, close to everything. Simple, but very comfortable room. Loved that they had beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards to borrow. Front desk was very kind to us, and in the interactions I saw with others.There were a few chairs and a table on the patio, and it was fabulous just sitting there and watching the waves and all of the people on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again."

"this place is just awesome. one of those places where i opened the door and looked inside and said outloud "omg, these rooms are superb!" wood floors, great mattress, great pillows and quilt, walkin shower and a super clean modern bathroom. 2 extremely thick and comfortable bathrubs.complimentary glass of wine when you check in, free coffee, espresso, cappucino in the morning. extremely helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again and again when i visit San Diego. "
