"Nos dieron un habitación detrás del hotel, con acceso solo por la cocina del restaurante, probablemente para el personal, sucio, todo viejo, húmedo sin shampoo ni papel higiénico, sin caja fuerte, sin terraza, sin vistas, ducha oxidado. La respuesta del dueño era que no hay otra cosa, que era una sorpresa nuestra reserva y que está todo lleno....Quedaban cosas personales y una llave de coche de otra persona en la habitación... "Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. "The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The cleaning crew could be more attentive to details, for example wash the cups that have been used and make sure there is a vanity kit in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience!"
