"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Novotel Milton Keynes. The staff, especially the reception team, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and all the amenities we needed, including a kettle, tea and coffee facilities, and an ironing board. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub was especially appreciated after a long journey. We also really appreciated the free, secure parking, which gave us peace of mind. It allowed us to explore the city in the evenings and return safely at night. The intercom system at the entrance was efficient, and the staff were always quick to let us in, making us feel safe and well looked after. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an extra night because my daughter wanted more time to relax. She loved swimming in the pool, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. We didn’t get the chance to try dinner this time, but we’ll definitely do that on our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend Novotel Milton Keynes and look forward to returning!"

"Good hotel, meal was nice, handy having a small shop where you can purchase drinks and snacks for the room. The bedroom was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast was to a good standard. Was plenty of choice at breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay my only gripe would be having to hang around for a while trying to obtain a parking space, and even at that I ended up with a fair walk to the hotel. Hotel only parking would be a major plus for this location."

"Room very clean and housekeeping in attendance. Breakfast - chaotic but a very busy period for hotel; staff multi-tasking perhaps a bit too much; guests not too sure where anything was located at buffet; no room-check 'just turn up' gives impression of low-value aspect. Everything else, fine."

"Stayed for one night as a halfway point to our summer holiday. Arrived early evening and got checked in inside a few minutes. Asked at reception for some extra pillows for the beds, which were delivered within a few minutes. We all slept soundly, little to no noise from either the services car park or within the hotel. Room was a little warm, with a fan provided. It's a good value for money no-frills hotel and we'll be back next time we do the same journey. We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel, but breakfast and dinner is available - there's a wide range of food and drink available and prices are reasonable (to compete with the eateries elsewhere on site). The bar is open to hotel guests only."
