"Clean room, solid breakfast, good price"

"Stayed 2 nights while visiting Zion, conveniently only 30 minutes drive to park so we saved more staying next to park. Property was excellent, super clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Location near groceries (Walmart, 5 minutes) and fast food/few restaurants nearby. Based on previous reviews & happy we did. Highly recommended to Everyone! Would return."

"The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean. My room had a shower head that was pointed towards the wall and I couldn't move it. Luckily i was still able to take a shower so I didn't bother the staff about it. Great place to stay while in the area!"

"We stayed here on our 5 day visit to Zion. So happy we did! The service was outstanding. Especially the gentleman who worked the desk-may have been the manager. Everyone was extremely polite, pleasant, helpful, and professional. Breakfast options were ok, but the coffee & lemon water in the lobby was great. Our room was excellent. Very clean, updated, and plenty of space. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area."

"We recently discovered the My Place hotel brand and very glad we did. We stayed in 3 different properties and they were all excellent. Nice spacious rooms with kitchenettes. Rooms, building and outside were all clean and well maintained. Will definitely look for this brand in the future."

"The location and size of the room was very nice but there were a lot of gnats in our room and a crazy amount of cockroaches outside our room at night. I wish the windows had curtains. The room was very bright in the morning with just the blinds and the sun windows. The extra towels and blankets were very nice though."

"This is a nice clean facility and what is great about it had all the amenities a guest would need from complimentary meals, items you need for cooking, Utensil - even the bathroom shampoos and other items for showering are top notched! I would rate it 10 out of 10 for a family looking for no worry stay - close to parks - Attraction - and great eating and breakfast places and bbq joints - outstanding facility and we feel it’s a safe and quiet place to stay! Highly recommended!!"

"Checked in but never stayed; the room was dirty. The microwave was broken and dirty inside, and the fridge was dirty and tipping over. The biggest problem was that there was no hot tub as advertised. We discovered that the hot tub had been cemented over a few years earlier. The pictures on the site clearly show a hot tub, and the hot tub showed up when we searched on Expedia. The only reason I booked this hotel was the hot tub, and it did not exist anymore.
