Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die herausragende Ausstattung des Hotels, tolles Interieur, ein beheizter Außenpool und mehreren Saunen. "Beautiful, modern, clean, easy access to public transportation. Breakfast Buffett had many options of delicious food. The elevator was new to us. You would put in what floor you needed and it would tell you which elevator to use. The room was gorgeous! Unique in its layout, with a tablet to control the lights, blinds, temperature, etc. We loved it! I would recommend it and would stay again."

"The check-in process was bad as we have to wait in line for almost 40 minutes. There was not enough staff (only three at the front desk) and there was a big group that arrived right before we did. The staff tried to make it up by offering a beverage to us waiting in line. The hotel's facilities are okay for the price point. "After a long day of travel we arrived at the hotel that we pre-booked a month in advance. Albeit, we were a couple of hours before the 3pm check in time. We dropped our luggage and were told to come back around 3 (no problem!). We got back at 2:50, checked if our room was ready and were told 5-10 minutes to finish cleaning.
