"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"My husband booked this hotel because he thought it was cool that it was an older building and the rooms were only in the 2nd and 3rd floor above a bar & restaurant. The room looked cute- modern decor in an old building. I’m not a neat freak but I do inspect the room. We hadn’t touched the bed and right there under the decor pillow lay two long stands of hair that was clearly not either of ours. Yuck. In the shower, I found several pieces of hair. "Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"

"This is our go – to hotel when we come to visit our son in college. We’ve stayed here three times now, and it’s consistently clean, quiet, with courteous staff, and a nice breakfast to start the day."

"Rooms are nice and clean. If you book a room with balcony just know it's really no privacy the rooms next to you also share that space only thing separating you are these small gate. But the place is nice still a bit of construction going on. The restaurant is inside which is decent. There are not too many tables to play and the walking bartender was rude and was taking with Co workers instead of doing her job. But over all it was a great stay"

"Parking is horrible in the back, no feedback regarding our unused time (we left early, but not because of the motel), 90* outside and pool wasn’t open. It sufficed and was clean."
