"Beautiful hotel, need to remodel, dirty carpets, small bathrooms, overpacked and short staff. We were for more tan 3 days and I had to go downstairs a request services phone from the room it didn’t work. The pool was cold… it’s supposed to be heated. "

"safe didn't work, microwave not available, elevator broken for 2 days ... room was ok and spacious, the lady at the front desk that works on mondays around 3-4pm was very nice, her co-worker was very inefficient though"

"The rooms smelled dirty. The bedding had yellow stains all over it. There was trash bags piled up in the hallway. And the area where the hotel felt unsafe. Will not stay there. "

"My husband's an agency nurse and we drove from Oklahoma City bc he has shift in Dallas for one night and I booked a one night one bed room online and paid for it. When we got there to check in they asked if we had a pet and said yes we have a dog and we're told that guests with pets can only stay in smoking rooms!! Which is absolutely ridiculous, and then we were told they have no rooms available!!!! "

"Overall great experience little on the pricey end of choices I have to say one of the more quiet stays I ever had in a hotel it's nice to not hear every door open up in the hallway all night long didn't hear a single door nothing not sure what was going on up stairs periodically through out the night nothing to complain about if it was 25 dollars cheaper I'd never take my business anywhere else this would be my go to number 1 pick "
