"Breakfast that included fruit was good. Room was clean. Bathroom faucet dripped, neither the tub or sink had a drain plug, and the ceiling was peeling"
"Support staff was not available to fix the TV which didn't work. Luckily my son was able to fix it. The tissues in the bathroom were never replaced, only the towels. The room was not vacuumed. We stayed 4 nights, and only had the room serviced once. Wish vacuuming would have been done."

Housekeeping was done daily… everyday fresh set of towels, and waste bins were emptied regularly with fresh liners plus beds were made up. Thanks a lot for being so receptive to our needs."
