"Stayed here for my birthday weekend w/ my family of 4 & we really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was a breeze and shortly after arriving, I received a text message from the hotel letting me know I could communicate w/ guest services via text throughout our stay. This was super convenient & they were always very responsive.
We had a small issue with the duvet in our room & after sending a quick text, housekeeping was sent promptly to resolve it. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent.
The kids especially enjoyed the amenities, esp the swimming pool. The location is also perfect, very close to Clifton Hill and easily walkable to many attractions.
The only downside was the pricey parking, so we ended up parking off-site across the street instead.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service after our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout & didn’t realize until we got home around midnight. I immediately tracked them & emailed guest services & hotel security with the location information, honestly not expecting them to actually be found. Within 48 hours, the hotel manager personally called me to let me know they had located them using the details I provided! Since they were a fairly new & was an xmas gift I was incredibly grateful. They shipped them back to me right away & I received them the very next day.
Overall, we were extremely impressed and happy w/ our stay. The staff truly went above & beyond our expectations!"
