Better than expected. Clean room, new towels, comfortable bed and pillows, no bad smell or mold. All amenities worked well. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was standard. The only down side is the noise from the highway.

Pulled up and clerk was out front smoking pot then barley could check us in the room . Then the 4 surrounding rooms. Had lysol cans on the outside of the room and some one was smoking pot . The sheets were stained and questionable and no pillow cases . Definitely slept in our clothes 3 hours and ...

Whole house to yourself. Right on the water. I was working in Minden for the week and this was better than a hotel room. I enjoy the scenic byways so being out of town was worth it.
