"Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room met basic requirements. It really needs a deep clean. No shower gel in the gel dispenser! Having paid for a garden view room, I only saw a slither of grass & a picnic table! Sleep disturbed due to noise by the electric towel rail in the bathroom because when I put it off at the main switch the noise stopped. Description on Expedia was better than reality."

Then the nightmare, I was given room 522, and before I entered the room I saw bugs flying outside the door. When I went in the room was nice however, after looking around I saw termites on the walls. "Breakfast selection was good variety but wasn't tasty - egg, sausage, bacon. Also, bacon was too dry and burnt. There was some mould above the shower. Good location - walking distance to tube and Westfield. Good size rooms. Lovely but dated Hotel - stayed here last in 2003!"
