"Very quaint boutique hotel close to downtown Gatlinburg. Our suite was nicely decorated and even had a Christmas tree in the living room. One thing to note, housekeeping is only provided upon request, which I had missed in my confirmation. However, we were fine. There were plenty of towels stocked and the trash bins were conveniently located. The queen size bedroom was a little "tight" around the bed but we made do. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"We were in the area just for the weekend. The Indigo was so nice! The roof-top restaurant was great, I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby and we had a great view of the Gatlinburg Christmas Parade from our room! The hotel is centrally located to lots of shopping and other restaurants. Definitely will stay there again!"

"Great Balcony view. The room was clean, fresh and not cluttered. The decor was quiet, simple and tasteful. It had zen like quality that made it very restful. The only thing I would add is a small microwave as we like to heat our milk for coffee but that’s a small thing. We loved that we were off the beaten path a little. It was a quite a contrast to the noise "
