"Room was clean. Bathroom had rusty features and no exhaust fan. Breakfast was good. Location was wonderful. Pool was awesome."

"This used to be a great place to stay. Now rude Jamaican folks own it. They roll their eyes are very rude. The one cursing may had tattoos all over her head and face and was rude aswell. The place is falling apart. The balcony next to us has some gangsters from Memphis and Mississippi. They left blunt roaches and rolling papers everywhere, they fed the bears slim jims, the trash and cigarettes over the balcony onto the ground and in the river. Tv didn't even work. Gave us shredded towels. They don't respect the tradition of the town their in and the property they have aquired nor do they care. Stop selling properties to these outsiders from Jamaica and India. They're ruining Gatlinburg and it's rivers and old nostalgic places. Very disappointing in every way. Place is falling apart. "

"It is a nice hotel, conveniently located, and very clean. We had everything needed for the stay, and the only odd thing was that the declared hours of operation of the cafe and bar did not match the real hours when we were there; they closed a couple of hours earlier in the evening."
