"This property has gone downhill over the past couple of years. Used to be our go to when we were in town at the convention center but that will change going forward. The overall condition has gone down. There was no hot water our entire weekend and going on for a week as I understand it. "

"Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. Otherwise, it was excellent if you're looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place. We have stayed in probably 20-30 hotels over the last several years and this was one of our top. "

"Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western. I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage. Also we had a room facing the highway and it was so loud at night and I slept with ear plugs in and I could still hear the highway. The price was right though. "
