"Location was very convenient to Niagera Falls State Park and other area attractions. Staff helpful and the Anchor Bar attached to the hotel was nice to go to for drinks and bar food. The open pool in the hotel contributed to high humidity especially in the first floor room we were assigned which was very close to the pool. Room had a constant clammy feel. Housekeeping services very minimal. During our 4 nights stay, we only received towels and emptying of trash. We requested fresh sheets but we were informed sheet changes are only done at checkout. The bathroom in our room also needed attention as toilet wouldnt shut off and leaked continually. The shower drained so slow that the water level would be high in the tub before one finished with even a reasonably short shower."
