Hotel Xcaret Arte – All Parks / All Fun Inclusive, Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"We loved everything! The food was outstanding, but you should make reservations before the trip. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the two hammocks on the balcony. We took advantage of the free classes- salsa dancing, watercolor, weaving, stretching. The whole property felt lush and tropical, and we had so much fun exploring down different pathways. Be sure to visit the chapel on top of the hill! The only thing that surprised us was how expensive the basic spa services were, so we skipped those but didn't miss them at all. We would go back!"
"Room was super clean but the fridge wasn’t refilled everyday.
Lots of options at the Buffet. There was not enough bars or staff for the bars. Always lots of lines."
Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"It was a very nice resort everything was clean and assorted perfectly. The staff was very helpful with getting us anything we needed. The front desk was also a big help too any time we needed a taxi it arrived with in a short amount of time. I can’t complain about anything the resort was very nice ."
"Everything was good except for 2 things :
1) we went the last week of April and the seaweed at the beach was so much
2) a dinner reservation system was horrible, we arrived on a Sunday and immediately went to guest services to book our dinners for the week. The problem is nearly all of them were booked up for the week already even though this is during off-season, which was really surprising. We were able to get in at three of the restaurants during the weekday we had but the earliest reservations were at 9:30 PM. It’s ridiculous that you cannot book dinner reservations before your arrival.
The pools were amazing though!
