"What I especially enjoyed was the hotel’s design: my beautiful modern spacious room, the attractive spacious dining area with a gorgeous view to the sea. The hotel staff was excellent. I really appreciated as a solo traveler the hotel and hotel staff making sure I took full advantage of the nightlife options. There were some issues inside the room that were eventually fixed. Not a big deal. Thanks to everyone from Umi for making me feel welcome and for the beautiful atmophere."

"The staff here are all wonderful and welcoming. They work very hard to make sure.your stay is comfortable. Our room was nice except for the gap in the sliding door. We found a few big beetles in the room as well as a small gecko. None of this ruined our stay but I feel this door should be replaced as most of the other doors have been. The food was excellent and drinks were nice as well. It was our first time at a non all inclusive so the daily money spending was something to get used to. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance so we visited those as well. The pool and grounds were well kept and there were plenty of seats and beach lounges on the beach. We would stay again but maybe a shorter stay snd move throughout Tulum. "

"This place was paradise. Stayed for 4 nights in a beachside suite with my daughter. So peaceful and safe. Often left the door unlocked. Hammock on the balcony and easy barefoot walk to the beach cabanas. The staff were kind and helpful. Fabian took care of security and maintenance and checked us in when we arrived after hours. Alex was in the cafe and was cheerful and helpful each day. Griselda cleaned our room for us and was a delight to talk to. I can’t wait to return! "
