"We had the best stay in KESA hotel. The location was superb, it was closeby with most place we wanted to visit which has been super helpful as everything was walkable. The whole experience has been great. We'll stay here again for sure!"

"Had an amazing stay. Sound proofing is excellent, though cannot cut out the loud siren from emergency vehicles along the main road. Luckily our floor occupants are quite too. "
"Facilities are too old. You can check the photo. Can you immagine the door of the guest room in that situation? By the way, the room rate was $280/night, not cheap.
The hotel asked for the deposit higher than the real room rate but did not return the overcharge at the time of checkout, instead they said the overcharge would be returned later. When is "later"? Unfair. "
"Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. "

"My family stayed here for two nights from Friday to Sunday at a room rate of 250 SGD per night for three people, but the shower had no hot water. The elevator and room access cards were unreliable and difficult to use. The hallway and lobby looked very old and untidy. The only good thing about this hotel was its convenient location."
