"Considering I went during a Holiday weekend it wasn’t bad. The parking was crazy, but the parking people were really nice. I can stay the whole property was clean and it was a pleasure staying there."

"I got bed bug bites all over my body had to go to doctor today has full kitchen but refrigerator made noise all the time. A/C wouldn’t cool under 75 and I asked it be looked at after 1 night there next night same problem rug is old and so is bathroom it’s a 3 star max hotel you get what you pay for cost me more to go to doctor and get medicine we won’t rent again"

"Given the price for this property, my expectations were much higher. The apartment was dirty upon checkin. Counters and table not wiped, food on the cabinets, dirty baseboards, and excessive gnats/fruit flies. The price of parking was ridiculous. Weird it's not free/included. Highly doubtful any guests stay there who do not have cars. It's a money grab. The pools and lazy river are nice and the bar/food and staff were excellent. Location is also excellent and the parks shuttle was hit or miss...
