"This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for."

The day we were checking out I had to ask the young lady from the front desk to hold something for pickup by a friend since we were leaving that morning. She was super helpful. "I worked in a hospital as a housekeeper that received #1 on cleaning and sanitation by the state board. I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!"
