"Loved the spa treatments and pool area for relaxing. Pattersons restaurant was a disappointment this time. Last summer the dinner choices were more to my liking. This time my group of 8 diners had a hard time choosing something they wanted and not one of the 4 of us that choose the shrimp entree liked it. "This feels like a brand new property and I love the concept. My one bedroom was huge for one person and I loved the full kitchen, living room area and bedroom. Feels like a room away from home! Note that this place differs from a “full service” hotel in that the front desk is not staffed 24/7. My flight was getting in late so I called them and they said not to worry. I called the desk after arriving and the on-site manager personally delivered my key! Would definitely stay here again. "

"The breakfast was excellent! James prepared our favorite breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast with butter and preserves. My husband had sausage and I had bacon. We stayed in the Sacred Hearts room which was decorated beautifully in purple . The bed was very comfortable. "

A train runs close by occasionally but mostly during the day. Other than that it was very quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend it. "
