"The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down.
I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment.
Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice.."

"There was no person on duty when we arrived late at night, nor the next morning. All communications were through a video kiosk. The person on the other end was extremely hard to understand. He never could find our reservation. After about 30-40 minutes he finally gave us a room as a new booking. No breakfast as advertised except for some yogurt cups and coffee.
