"The area that the property is in is very safe and has lots of dining options and is not far from some of the local attractions. The property is as described and fit our needs. The only thing that I can say that needs improvement is the air conditioning, the unit in the living room does not cool enough. "

"The flat is located on a small island so be prepared to cross many bridges just to get off it. The apt is up two full flights of stairs and at the top there is a door with no lock. The apt is one of many apts in the area so someone may come in to grab a mattress off the ground floor, and one day we had someone enter and scare the crap out of us, bc we weren’t aware. "Comfortable and well appointed apartment in Dorsoduro area. You can walk to the Accademia bridge or Vaporetto stop in under 10 mins and there are a couple of convenient supermarkets nearby. The only issue was controlling the a/c which made the bedroom too cold despitenour best efforts."
