"Lovely hotel the staff are very pleasant and helpful, car parking at rear is a little tight to get into as the entrance st the side of the hotel is quite narrow, the rooms are very cosy and quiet would definitely stay here again."

"The room was huge, had a fabulous bathtub and a lovely outlook, the food was great, the atmosphere was welcoming but the best thing was the people - the staff went out of their way to help me with all of my questions and requests and were just fantastic - it will be my place to stay every time I go to Newport from now on"
