"We had an amazing stay, the Old Vine is a beautiful historic building in central Winchester. The room was comfortable and immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bedding and pillows were great, thebathroom was large and very clean. We had breakfast in our room which was delicious and hot and plentiful. All the staff were great and very attentive."
"Great from the start to the finish , staff to mention Bridget Jack and Adessa . So lovely to talk to and so kind if offering support . We went to meet up with friends going on a cruise , checked in beforehand and talked to Bridget who was so friendly and welcoming . We wanted to stay two nights but the hotel was fully booked for the second night so Bridget suggested another nearby so we could still meet up with our friends . The restaurant was so lovely , the food great and again the hotel staff...
"Nice room overlooking harbour. A little noisy, but perfectly manageable. Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent cooked breakfast. Free secure off street parking.We rarely stay in the same place twice, but we'll be coming back here"
"Stayed here prior to our cruise sailing. Walkable to terminal. We were so impressed. Lovely boutique and each room is unique and the attention to detail was superb. Delightful true Southampton feel with high end quality touches. We saw our ship from our window! The bar downstairs was cozy and dinner at the restaurant was a delicious finishing touch to our stay. "Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms"

"Lovely chap who checked us in and worked behind bar. Room small as we knew. Comfy. Nice shower and toiletries robes a slippers. Great biscuits tea a coffee.
