"Part of pool deck roped off and the jacuzzi that kids are allowed in wasn't hot the last day. Room has very tiny double beds (seemed smaller than the double bed my son has at home). Otherwise nice setting and convenient location. Waterslide was very fun and staff were great!"

"1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. "Absolutely loved our 5 night stay at Koa Kea! It is such a lovely, small resort. Right on the ocean, just a few short steps to beautiful beaches with sea turtles, monk seals, great snorkeling and surfing. The resort staff was very friendly and so helpful!"
