"We loved the front desk staff here, as well as the 4404 restaurant staff at breakfast! Our room was clean and great… The one thing they could do better is that the pool needed cleaning and maintenance!"

"Ive stayed here several times in the past. Normally the rooms are in decent shape. Relatively updated and in good repair. I must have gotten a room that hadnt been updated. Paint chips out of the wall, cigg burns on the curtains, shower curtain that probably needed changed. Stains on the chair. It is a budget friendly hotel, but certain things should still be upkept. I stayed there for 3 nights, and also didnt have towels refreshed once or the room made up."

"I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."

"We had to leave the property within 1.5 hours of checking in due to its poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. Our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend booking this place. Despite leaving shortly after arrival because the accommodations were unacceptable, the hotel staff refused to provide a refund."

"It was a clean room, however, for the price, you could get a way better room somewhere else. The lady that registered my stay, was rude, distracted and extremely slow. The lady doing my check out was much better. I stay in hotels a lot for work, on average 60% is spent in hotels vs. home. They really needs to step it up."

"Nothing fancy but good price and good location for the university. Room was spacious and clean. Older building so maintenance doing it’s best to keep up (i.e. front door quit working one evening). Would stay again."
