"The room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately the bedding had stains, and the toilet, bathroom, and floors were not cleaned. The bath drain was also blocked, something the hotel already seems aware of, as I later saw similar complaints in online reviews. It was disappointing to realise we had been given a room with an issue that had clearly been reported before. The staff were also quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. "Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility. Room was a good size, bathroom clean. Shower gels etc provided as was tea, coffee, biscuits. All was dated in appearance though, from downstairs bar...

"Room was very dusty and was hot as sauna . Tv remote extremely dirty/sticky . No bottled water . Shower blocked . Toilet flush button broken . Food very expensive and not tasty . You have to pay service charge !!!! As a guest !!!Shame"
