"The bathrub in my room was clogged after showering. I reported to staff ASAP. It wasnt resolved that night because it was after midnight. However, staff followed up and sent a repair person in the morning. After several attempts of trying to fix it without luck we were accommodated with another room next door. The staff was helpful with this matter. Satisfied customer here."

"Breakfast buffet quality was better than the chain hotels. Similar choices, just higher quality. Restaurant was enjoyable with a decent menu selection. Food was better than expected. Reasonable prices, goid value. All tge staff i spoke with. Were plesant and helpful. This made for a plesant stay"

"The Rosemont is a beautiful old B&B. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the proprieters were very helpful and available. The breakfast was nicely done and delicious. As with most older B&Bs it needs a little paint and repair and while I loved the clawfoot tub and the huge bathroom, it was a little rundown and rickety. I would still choose the Rosement over a soulless modern hotel, as long as you don't mind the tradeoffs."

"Disorganized shuttle to & from turning Stone. Waited 45 minutes to return to the hotel which is literally across the highway. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent."

"This place has had water damage or something. Smelled like mold when we walked in. foors we dirty, my nieces' socks turned black walking on the floor in her room. The shower had black mold. Chair in my room was stained and was afraid to sit on it. Did not check out the breakfast "

"Not handicap accessible and the bed where advertise that's too qúeen but instead they were two doubles"

"Nice casino but for 360 a room it was terrible. No keurig k cups not bottled waters no microwave no fridge no extra amenities. The room was small sub par for 360 dollars the vending machine didn’t work if I needed a drink. The water was cold didn’t even take a shower or fleshing up as I was there for a concert. Very very very dissatisfied"
