"Fuyez, fuyez et fuyez. Trés mal entretenu, tout est délabré. 2 piscines laissées à l'abandon , tout est sale et délabré. Cest dommage car on voit bien que l'endroit est beau seulement pas du tout entretenu. Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut avec les moyens qu'ils ont, sauf un des receptionnistes qui était trop intrusif. Je suis très décue de mon séjour et j'ai le sentiment de m'être fait voler. Bref"

"We spent a week here as a family of five (kids ages 7.14 and 17) and unfortunately would not return. Despite advertising 15 pools, there is nowhere to escape the constant noise. Loud music, water aerobics and entertainment play throughout the day, right up until 11pm and can be heard across much of the resort. Even the water park has music blasting all day. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is not the place. Our biggest issue was cleanliness. On arrival our room had clearly not been cleaned...

"If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss. "

"The staff happily arranged airport shuttles to and from the Riad, and were helpful throughout our stay. A few things to note… although the Riad lists 2 Reataurants, we were advised on arrival before midday, that the chef had left early. We were directed to some restaurants within 5 minutes easy walk and found ly one was open during our week long stay, however, there are a great selection of other restaurants in the same area, so this was in the end not a problem and offered more variety.
