"This is a lovely, impeccably clean hotel in an excellent location. The 4 person family style room was perfect for me and my three children. My only comment is that the bed was very firm and even though I am a small person, I found it to be a bit too hard for my joints after a full day of walking (I have some arthritis in my hips) A very firm mattress does seem to be the overall preference in Japan, so this is just a matter of personal opinion.
