Villa tại Saint Ann

"Almost every day the security gave myself my guests and my drivers issues they couldnt figure out a system where everyone was on the same page"

"It was so quiet and peaceful. Spacious. In addition to this house, the other homes were also beautiful. It was a nice treat to walk around and take pictures of everyone’s garden. Lots of orchids. There was a great Sunday Brunch with lovely live music. "

"The property listing is very misleading because the pictures make it look like you're right on the beach and you're not, you're about a 10-minute drive from the beach but it's still a very nice property. I did have to deal with some bugs and some minor disrepair to the property but aside from that it was a very nice property and will definitely book again."

"Loved everything. The ONLY complaint was that the water heater storage is small. We had a few lukewarm and chilly showers (it is solar powere and wasn't extremely hot outside)"

"If I could give negative stars for this property, I absolutely would. The host cancelled our reservation right before our trip and failed to properly update the system or communicate professionally. I only found out the booking was cancelled when I was trying to get check-in information before leaving for Jamaica. The host messaged saying they cancelled for “personal reasons,” but after that completely stopped responding — not only to me, but also to Expedia when they repeatedly tried...

"Perfect Location and Excellent Hosts! "Our stay at Avant Family Villa was absolutely great. The location is great — quick drive to Ocho Rios’ top attractions like Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain, as well as several beautiful local beaches. The villa itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private community pool and beach access. Having a supermarket, pharmacy, Bank Cambio/ATM and restaurant right on-site made our trip so much easier. A huge...

"Clean and family friendly "

"The owners was reachable at any time and responded so quickly. Love their professionalism. Safe stay and great service "

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"Lack of communication was terrible Reached at the property, was double booked for multiples family. The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system No change of linen No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub Leakage of water from toilet broken Only was thing, that was excited was the mango tree."
