"The customer service was horrible. They were rude and just mean. Communication wasn’t great."

"Room was large and had a mini fridge. Shuttle service was good. Short walk to a local Turkish takeout restaurant that was very good and economical. However, our room was next to their gym and it was open 24/7 with free weights. Don't get room 113! I had to get up at 4:40 am to ask someone in the gym to stop dropping the weights on the floor. Staff seemed unconcerned and blamed the guest. I blame the hotel for having a 24/7 gym with a bedroom immediately adjacent."

"Lovely property with beautiful surroundings and a great neighbourhood. The hotel itself is charming, although it can feel a bit like a maze when trying to find your room. I stayed in Room 323, which was very comfortable. The room did not have air conditioning, but when I requested a fan, the receptionist provided one immediately, which was much appreciated. The room amenities were good, and I particularly enjoyed the daily selection of biscuits, which changed each day and added a nice...

"The breakfast selection is very good for the price and you always find something to eat,no matter what you're craving that day. The hotel is also perfectly located in the sense of walking distance to the Trinity College and the shopping district around it, as well as some museums and parks. There's a Tesco Express just around the corner so whether you're just leaving or coming back, you can always get food or drink for the next day/your journey that day. "I would not recommend this hotel. Before arriving, I requested an early check-in because my flight landed in the morning and paid an additional €50 for it. When I arrived, I was given a room that was clearly not the room I had booked. It was small, old, and not particularly clean. I returned to reception assuming it was a mistake, and was then told that my actual room was in the newer building but was not ready. After checking, the front desk informed me that the room would not be available...
