If you are assigned a room on the third floor, be aware that the elevator only goes up to the second floor. "The staff are friendly, helpful, and communicative. Easy walking distance to 24 hour convenience stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, and museums. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Beautiful courtyard. Fun history throughout the hotel. Will definitely stay here next time I visit New Orleans. "

"Staff great. Room was nice (though I would have liked a dresser, even if it was small. Not crazy about living out of my luggage, especailly given the bathroom was so large. On the negative side, the TV, while large, had no provision for plugging in an HDMI cable for personal premium streaming content, so it was largely unused. "The hostel was awesome! We had our own room with bathroom and it was clean and comfortable. We even had our own shower, which I didn’t expect! So loved the breakfast selection and everyone there was so kind and friendly. If back in NOLA, I would definitely stay here again!!!"

"The room was very clean although it had a slight odor. We didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention. The hotel is very close to Jackson square and Bourbon Street. Valet parking was easy and the staff is super friendly. We will stay here again and request a different room possibly with a balcony "

"I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. The energy and vibes were amazing and relaxing. It exceded my expectations. The food and restaurants facilities were also wonderful."

"Nice hotel for the area, but I wasn’t thrilled with the rooms based on the price I paid. The bathrooms have a sliding door with no privacy—you can see through the sides and basically see everything—and there’s only one small towel holder. The staff was great, and it’s super easy access to Canal St; Bourbon St is within walking distance. Overall, nice lobby, but I feel like I overpaid. "
