"While the location was perfect, it was hard not having an onsite concierge to consult. They were very easy to reach via text and gave easy advice, but the email key was annoying to use, a door code would have been easier. No salt or pepper or shampoo and conditioner like a typical hotel. No windows opened in the room so one breakfast we made bacon and it smelled of bacon the rest of our time (not a bad smell to have) . "There were several issues with the suite, which was otherwise modern and comfortable. We informed the front desk but nothing was done while we were there. For example….a kitchenette with no kettle, coffee mugs or enough dishes. Missing light bulbs. We went out late at night and bought some mugs and light bulbs. The sliding “barn door” to the main bathroom fell right off its runners and landed on me. I wasn’t hurt, but it was hard to get that heavy door back up again. It’s not safe.

"C’est un endroit qui est appelé à être connu situé dans un quartier (St-Rock) qui s’est beaucoup amélioré. Plusieurs commerces de proximité et plusieurs restaurants. À 10-15 minutes du Vieux-Québec à pied.
L’appartement est grand et très propre avec beaucoup de commodités. Je recommande."

I would suggest offering coffee/water since it’s hard to get to a supermarket upon arrival or at least advise to bring with us.
