"I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest."

"I didn’t like the distance from the airport and the hotel not providing shuttle to the customers and was lied about having one come to find out they provide it to the ones for boat cruises Only…..What’s That About” Some staff members was polite, in the eating area and the assistant cleaning the rooms."

"Wonderful! Gorgeous! Convenient! And then there's the stairs ... Warning, they have a limited elevator, it goes up but not always where you need it, so if stairs are not your favorite activity, you might request a lower level room. We loved everything about the place (sans-stairs)! Premium parking is directly in front of the hotel and decently easy to access which is rare in NOLA! The courtyard and pool were a hidden gem, it was like a Spanish grotto, the only thing missing was a running...

"It was ok for the budget, fridge didn’t work, kinda ran down, one key card didn’t work, odd smell but I put air fresheners in room so it worked out, shower was okish had to force it to work, internet was slow, but was ok. Close to French quarter and other amenities and in a safe area with free parking. Wouldn’t pay more than $60 a night though, had vip Expedia so it evened out. "

"I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints!! It’s a beautiful, charming yet updated hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the bathroom is modern. The courtyard is beautiful, the pool is very nice. And of course the location can’t be beat!! It is my absolute favorite place to stay. Parking is on site and reasonable for the area. The front desk and valet staff have always been very friendly. Very cool, historical NOLA vibe!!"

"Great location if you're going to the Riverwalk, but be aware it's noisy. We were on the 5th floor and heard airplanes, fog horns, and the elevator all night both nights. As I have discovered now at all Hilton Garden Inns, the beds are hard and crazy uncomfortable. The hallway on our floor and the elevator consistently smelled of marijuana. Also the only hotel parking is valet at $50 a night...we parked in a garage up the street for $30 per night. In the future I'll spend a little more money for...
