"The entire experience in this hotel, from the moment we got there to the moment we left, was absolutely phenomenal: excellent location of the hotel, beautiful premises, very kind and welcoming staff, nice, clean, and spacious room with the ocean view, delicious drinks and food at the bar, ease of checking in and out, free parking - everything was top notch. We will definitely be back. "

"Personnel souriant et serviable. Les chambres sont grandes, très claires et confortables.
Salle de bain très confortable également.
Nespresso et théière à disposition dans la chambre avec thé café et infusions.
Très bien situé dans le centre historique de saint Jean de Luz proche des restaurants et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Rooms was organized but very small. AC good. Night clerk helped by finding extra pillows. Wifi worked in lobby but not in room.plugs were loose so adaptors fell out."
