Very helpful and friendly staff .very quiet,good fresh looking decor,great shower.good selection for breakfast and didn't close to early.good layout,has a child out/TV room.only downside is the parking is a little tight for larger cars in small front car park or entrance to rear car park as old property but well worth staying in if your in the area ,far better than Travelodge etc.

We arrived on Friday the 13th for a concert , and were greeted by a lovely gentleman who then went and fetched the lady in charge , straight forward check in , room lovely and clean , and a super free continental breakfast on the following morning , 3 Adults for £67 absolute steal and only 4 miles away from the venue we were attending , would definitely book again , thankyou for a lovely stay xx

Couldn't have felt more welcome from the moment I stepped in. Lovely staff! Bus stop to get into central manchester right outside. For the price, absolutely worth it. No kettle or TV in the room but a lovely communal area where you can go and get tea (with ACTUAL milk, none of the UHT stuff in chain hotels). Area is a little loud during the night because of the hospital so bear that in mind if you're there during summer. Bed was fine, shower worked. Only minor complaint was the towels, they shed a LOT of fluff on me!

Perfect overnight stay! .. attending a concert at the AO Arena in city centre .. much cheaper accommodation than staying in the actual City and only a short drive away. Very friendly welcome, lovely lady ..we had a large room .. was clean ..comfortable ..parking included 😃.. help yourself to a continental Breakfast ..we had a nice cuppa and toast before we left . Room size was good. Receptionist was very kind. Free car parking space added extra value of stay. Hot water shower was quick and comfort water pressure. Only drawback is cleanliness. Toilet seat rim has yellow stains. And there was not toilet roll in the room but paper handkerchief box helped a bit. Recommend if travellers seeking good value stay near salford

Good location to Manchester short taxi ride hotel was nice and clean room was perfect for clean bedding fresh towels all toiletries in the bathroom owners were very friendly what more do you need great night's sleep

Booked for the noght for me and my husband. We got a lovely welcome when we got there. The room was basic but comfortable. Everything was very clean and you get a complimentary breakfast. There isnt a curfew at night. Would definately book again.

Quiet night

Very friendly welcome (once we found the right doorbell!). Parking on site and we couldn't hear any traffic noise at all overnight, very quiet. About 18 minutes to Manchester Airport by car. Breakfast basic buffet with good choice of cereals, fruit and toast. No kettle in room.

Booked this hotel after reading positive reviews and I can honestly say, the reviews are accurate and Im glad I booked it. The hotel has ample parking, it’s clean and tidy and the staff are so lovely and welcoming and happy to help with any queries. The staff noticed that we’d missed breakfast due to sleeping in and when we were checking out they told us we could go into the dining area and help ourselves to drink and food that was leftover even though breakfast had closed and hour earlier. Such lovely people. There’s a good choice of takeaways across the road and a Sainsbury’s local nearby. Only a 10/15 taxi ride into the centre too. I cannot find anything negative to say about this place. Will definitely stay again.
