"I didnt like the smell entering into the guesthouse. The shared washrooms were always clean. I stayed in 2nd floor. Need to carry your laguages up by staircases."

"The room, the staff, the staff in the restaurant and the Shark Club were all amazing. Our only complaint was the the pool was COLD. The room was like a green house, steamy, humid, but trying to walk into the pool was like walking into our local lake. It physically hurt to try to get in."

"This place is the definition of you get what you pay for. I booked a bed in a room of 6. The room was the size of a studio and just enough space to move from the door to your bed. "the air conditioner in our room was making a funny noise all night and we had to sleep with our window open without any screens. I would suggest you fix it and/or put screens on windows. Nice to have the fresh air."

"Booked a wedding anniversary trip and had a great time. Staff were thorough and quick to help solve questions. My wife and I enjoyed the room as it was comfortable and had a cozy fireplace that was perfect during the colder weather. Definitely recommend!"

"I love this location. Everyone of the staff is helpful."

"The property is an old but elegant landmark hotel in downtown Vancouver. It is close to the main shopping areas and better restaurants in Vancouver as well as the sea walk along the harbor. It is also within walking distance to Stanley Park. The gym and sauna were excellent and included in your stay. It has a very nice indoor pool. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all very friendly. Great Hotel in a Great Location!"

"The washroom were not cleaned and there were other people clothes hanging in the washroom."
