"Location is fantastic. We had a room with 2 Juliette balconies and it was great to look down on a busy gondola route right below. A few steps from St Marks Sq. Close to shops and amenities. Only negatives were that it needed small bits of maintenance like the lock on door and some TLC on the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. "

"I had a wonderful stay in this room in Venice. My family and I was warmly welcomed, and the room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff did an excellent job, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I’d like to give a special thanks to Emelda, who welcomed us for breakfast—she was so kind and attentive. I absolutely loved staying in this room, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this room to anyone visiting Venice!"

"Room was spacious and clean. There were shared bathrooms that didn't seem super clean. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe at times but we didn't feel unsafe while in the building/in our rooms. There is a nice grocery store nearby and on the way to the train station that we went to a couple of times. The walls of the room were very thin and we woke up much earlier than planned due to people yelling. We also feel like we got overcharged with the city tax since what we were charged upon...

"Ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Super nette Mitarbeiter, dank Carla war unser später Check-in reibungslos. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, unsere Betten wurden täglich frisch gemacht. Natürlich sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir schätzten die schönen Antiquitäten. Die Anbindung war top und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Danke für diesen Aufenthalt, immer wieder gerne!"
