"This hotel was absolutely breathtaking, upon checking in I had thee best service from the front desk clerks. When walking into our room we noticed the showers had mildew in the corners, and our balcony was not clean. I walked to the front desk and the girls were so helpful and got us into a new room. The new room was bit cleaner but still not what I expected from a 4 star Sheraton.
