Front desk in the evening was very rude and not helpful. I was given a room with 2 holes in the front door. Refrigerator didnt work, kights didnt come on. Had to switch rooms twice.

It’s my first time in San Diego and I am so glad I chose this hotel! The staff here are amazing and helpful! My luggage was delayed but the staff here helped receive it. They are kind and warm. Will recommend to friends!
