"Dirty, key card had to be re programmed every time we tried to get back into our room. Staff even had trouble getting in and our room was missing the bolt to get in with a key, if it locks out, a lock smith has to be called to open the door. Says car parks available but they are actually not guarantied it’s first in first served. Not enough car parks for everyone."

"This is the hotel that you could pay $200 per night, not $500 they charged me. You can hear everything the people above you doing. We could not sleep until 2AM becouse of the noises made by upstairs guests."

"I have no expectations as I know this is a motel but the when we arrived at 3pm, the room is still not ready and it is still being clean. I also expect that there are a lot of parking spots. Apparently only 10 parking spots are available and there are 22 rooms so its first come first served. The only good thing about this motel is the location and the parking availability. Other than that don't expect anything."

"I only stayed for two days, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor.
