"The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We’re able to get travel from the hotel just talked to the reception desk. They are very helpful ."

"La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable"

"I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. The hotel gave the option to cancel but I didn't have time to consider other options. Unfortunately the remodeling seemed to be more than just the restaurant, and the construction noise made it impossible to relax and enjoy the property from 9-5 every day. The property didn't feel the most secure with all the workers constantly coming and going. The bar only currently...

"What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!"

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"Mejorar atención en restaurante"

"La habitación cumplió con las expectativas en cuanto a la limpieza, el desayuno con la vista del lago no tiene precio y definitivamente el área de los jardínes con el lago como paísaje brinda un beneficio adicional a la estancia que muchos hoteles del área no cuentan."

"Nos encantó !!!"

"I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back."

"The staff was very helpful with my not speaking Spanish. The order off the menu breakfast was good. They had buffet for private groups but it was not clear to me that it wasn’t open to guests."

"Super close to everything. Room was absolutely beautiful. The concert that was there was incredible."

"Great location, friendly staff, good food available at the restaurant! Close to everything in town, we loved our short but sweet stay!"

"Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, ready upon arrival. Location is very good."

"Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning."

"This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h"
