We were greeted multiple times throughout the stay (but not in an overly excessive way). We will definitely be staying here again in the future "

"Loved this hotel when it was the Fairmont. Beautiful building and updated features. Front desk staff was not helpful at all, and rude. Check in time was delayed, we reserved 2queens and ended with 2 doubles. Mattress were old and had a pit in the middle. Parking valet were very nice and informative."

"Nice modern hotel. My room was clean and spacious. The bar and lounge area was very nice and comfortable with plenty of space to have a drink and watch a game or just hang out. Parking garage is easy to get in and out of which is so important in the Bay Area. The hotel is located in walking distance to the SAP Center and the San Pedro Square market area which is really nice. I was able to get everywhere I wanted to go pretty quickly. I was only there one night but it was a positive experience....
